Return, Exchange or Refund Policy:

We aim to meet the customer's expectations and work on their needs and demands accordingly. We understand the need and requirement to return and replacements of products at times when we fail to provide you with the right product. For these certain issues, we have framed a return, exchange, and refund policy. You can return or replace your products under certain circumstances. 

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds will be applicable on those products that will be damaged or defective. In case you receive any damaged or defective piece, please make sure to contact us within 7 days for a refund or replacement of the product with your order number and the issue you are facing with the product.

Process of Refunding:

  1. Original packaging of the product, 
  2. Product Invoice
  3. Accessories (Scoop, or any gift) 

Make sure to pack them all together and avoid damaging anything. Once our delivery agent collects the product from you we will initiate the process of refunding.

Time for Refund:

We will provide a refund or exchange of the product within 15 days of receiving your product receipt (Most Important). We request you to be patient throughout your refunding process and to cooperate with us.

What should be done when you receive a damaged product?

Some key points which should be taken care of by you should be:

  1. If you already felt that the product is damaged or defective when the delivery agent hands over the product to you do not accept the product
  2. In another case, after you have received the product, make sure to make an unboxing video in which you properly show the opening of the product. So that you are eligible to claim a defective or damaged product.

What does not come under return  policy:

We understand the need for a return or replacement. But due to our company’s policies, there are some cases where we cannot issue you any return or refund policy. These are:

  1. Misuse of product and voluntary damage from your side
  2. In case of missing Serial or UPC numbers.
  3. If you haven’t issued a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Method:

Once we receive your returned product we will initiate the process of refund if your returned product is following all the requirements of our return policy. It would take around 12-14 days to initiate your refund. Your refund will be issued to your bank account from which you have made the purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy

In case you change your mind or have placed an order for the wrong product, you are eligible for cancellation of the product within 24 hours of placing the order. Once you cancel the order, you will receive an email of cancellation. You will receive your refund within 3-5 working days.
